CURRENT DUDE RANCH JOB OPENINGS
TYPE OF WORK: Year-Round
DATES: May 15-October 15, 2026 with the possibility of continuing with one of our ranches in Arizona to work year-round
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The True Ranch Collection is looking for Ranch Cooks for multiple historic guest ranches. Our small guest ranches host a maximum of about 30-60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. The current openings begin in May 2026 for our summer seasons at Blackwater Creek Lodge & Guest Ranch in Cody, WY and Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Hobson, MT.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation Package: $18 per hour, plus room & board and tips.
Duties include:
-Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner
-Food and supply ordering
-Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests
-Maintain clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean-up
-Work professionally and efficiently with other kitchen and ranch staff
Each employee is hired for a specific position and generally their work falls within that job description, however we are looking for candidates that are willing to help wherever needed.

The summer season begins May 15 and concludes in October with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.
Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming.
Each of our ranches has a small staff and we are looking for individuals who will be team players and able to step in where needed. Room and board are included in compensation package.
General maintenance skills required, including but not limited to:

Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming. The summer season begins May 15 and concludes in October with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.
Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Previous wrangling experience preferred. Applicants must be hard working with good people skills.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
-Leading or dragging ranch trail rides
-Ensuring safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides
-Feeding, grooming and tacking horses
-Clean-up of corral area and stalls
-Leading other guest activities such as UTV Tours, Sport Shooting, Archery, Fishing, Guided Hikes
-Assistance with housekeeping and kitchen duties
-Ability to adjust to short-notice changes
-Horse hauling experience a plus

Tombstone Monument Ranch is looking for a year-round Ranch Cook to work 30-plus hours a week during select days of the week. The ranch is located 2.5 miles outside the town of Tombstone, Arizona and hosts a maximum of about 50 guests. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Housing available.

We’re looking for individuals immediately available to work at Tombstone Monument Ranch & Cattle Co. as housekeepers and servers as needed. Varied shifts available.
We’re looking for hardworking new members of our housekeeping staff to help with cleaning guest cabins/rooms and common areas; and assist in the kitchen and with serving meals. We are a small staff looking for someone who will be a team player and able to step in where needed.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
