JOB DESCRIPTION:

The True Ranch Collection is looking to fill multiple dude ranch positions at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana. We are looking to hire wranglers/activity guides and housekeepers/kitchen help. Applicants with skills in multiple areas should apply.

Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming.

The Circle Bar has a small staff and we are looking for individuals who will be team players and able to step in where needed.

We are actively hiring for the below positions:

WRANGLERS AND/OR ACTIVITY GUIDES:

Duties Include but are not limited to:

-Leading or dragging ranch trail rides

-Ensuring safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides

-Feeding, grooming and tacking horses

-Clean up of corral area and stalls

-Leading other guest activities such as UTV Tours, Sport Shooting, Archery, Fishing, Guided Hikes

-Assistance with housekeeping and kitchen duties

-Ability to adjust to short-notice changes

HOUSEKEEPERS:

Housekeeping duties Include but are not limited to:

-Cleaning and servicing guest rooms

-Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning

-Cleaning of common areas (lodge/Hacienda/Cantina, office, pool/hot tub area)

-Laundry and maintenance of laundry room

-Preparation of dining areas for meals

-Meal Service and clearing tables after meals

-Assist with meal prep as needed

-Wash dishes

The True Ranch Collection is looking for a year-round Ranch Cook for multiple historic guest ranches. Our small guest ranches host a maximum of about 30-60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. We are hiring for this year-round position with fall start dates in Southern Arizona.

Must have reliable transportation. Room and board included in compensation.

Duties include:

-Manage kitchen staff

-Food and supply ordering

-Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner

-Create weekly menus

-Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests

Our hospitality management group, True Ranch Services, manages four dude ranches in Southern Arizona and one in Montana. The historic ranches in the True Ranch Collection are unique and authentic guest ranches in some of the West’s best country.

Tombstone Monument Ranch is looking for a year-round Ranch Cook to work 30-plus hours a week during select days of the week. The ranch is located 2.5 miles outside the town of Tombstone, Arizona and hosts a maximum of about 50 guests.

Applicants must have reliable transportation.

Duties include:

-Manage kitchen staff

-Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner

-Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests

-Maintain clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean-up
