CURRENT DUDE RANCH JOB OPENINGS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The True Ranch Collection is looking for a year-round Chef for multiple historic guest ranches. Our ranches host a maximum of about 30-60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. This position is open immediately and will start at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Montana for the summer season and move to one of our ranches in Arizona in the fall.
Must have reliable transportation. Room and board included in compensation.
Duties include:
-Manage kitchen staff
-Food and supply ordering
-Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner
-Create weekly menus
-Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests
Our hospitality management group, True Ranch Services, manages four dude ranches in Southern Arizona and one in Montana. The historic ranches in the True Ranch Collection are unique and authentic guest ranches in some of the West’s best country.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The True Ranch Collection is looking for experienced and qualified Wranglers to join our teams for the winter seasons in Arizona. Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Applicants must be hard working with good people skills.
We’re looking for individuals available to work beginning in mid-to late September in anticipation of our winter Arizona seasons.
Consideration for this position may be for Rancho de la Osa (Sasabe, AZ), Kay El Bar Guest Ranch (Wickenburg, AZ) or Tombstone Monument Ranch (Tombstone, AZ).
Positions have the ability to work year-round in Arizona or move onto a northern ranch during the summer season.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
-Leading or dragging ranch trail rides
-Ensure safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides
-Feeding, grooming and tacking horses
-Clean up of corral area and stalls
-Ability to adjust to short-notice changes

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for individuals immediately available to work through the end of our winter/spring season at Rancho de la Osa in Southern Arizona and continue on as a part of our team for the summer season at our Montana guest ranches.
The ideal candidate will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona and Montana. Immediate start date available at Rancho de la Osa and will run approximately through May; followed by the opportunity to continue this position at one of our Motnana ranches. The season at the Circle Bar Ranch begins at the end of May and runs through October 2, and the season for our Yellowstone Pop-Up Ranch at the O.T.O. Dude Ranch runs from the end of June to mid-August.
We’re looking for hardworking new members of our housekeeping staff to help with cleaning guest cabins/rooms and common areas; and assist in the kitchen and with serving meals. We are a small staff looking for someone who will be a team player and able to step in where needed.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
-Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
-Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning
-Cleaning of common areas (lodge/Hacienda/Cantina, office, pool/hot tub area)
-Laundry and maintenance of laundry room
-Preparation of dining areas for meals
-Meal Service and clearing tables after meals
-Assist with meal prep as needed
-Wash dishes as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to follow instructions in English
-Spanish-speaking a plus
-Ability to plan work in order of importance for guest arrivals/meal times

We’re looking for individuals immediately available to work as a bartender/server at Tombstone Monument Ranch & Cattle Co—an upscale, family-oriented guest ranch. We are looking for an outgoing, personal individual available for bar shifts and to help with meal service.
We are a small staff looking for someone who will be a team player and able to step in where needed.

-Bar tending duties and service in our 1880s style western Saloon

JOB DESCRIPTION
True Ranch Services is looking for a Ranch Maintenance Superintendent to facilitate maintenance, landscaping and repair of ranch property at the historic Rancho de la Osa Guest Ranch. This job has the opportunity to work at our other True Ranch Collection properties on an as-needed basis. Day-to-day maintenance, plus tasks related to planned renovation of the ranch will be included in this position.
General maintenance skills required, including but not limited to:
-drywalling
-minor electrical
-plumbing
-painting
-carpentry repairs
The right candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and problems and have their own transportation and tools.
Housing available. $20 per hour plus lodging.
